Enjoyed my stay at this place. the rooms were nicely decorated and the staff was really attentive. Ate at a big restaurant with a lovely view of the garden. 🌿

exceptionally good breakfast with a huge variety of food options. huge room with a quiet bed and a good internet. location right by other attractions of shanghai as well as convenience stores & restaurants.

Good ratio price quality when you want to go to the international exhibition center. Apart from that the hotel is not in a nice shopping area where you can wander around.

This hotel is so comfortable, and the staff at check-out were very pleasant. the location is marvelous, right next to all that Shanghai, China, has to offer, including Century Park and the Science Museum. - It's easy to reach the nearby Pudong exhibition center.

The location is favourable and personnel is polite. There is a top-notch restaurant with the garden view.

I did not like the restaurents close early, the luch they close at 2 pm and dinner at 10pm this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel. Also missed to see the chinease restaurent.

I love everything about sofitel jinjiang oriental, specially that we got upgraded to a Prestige Suite at the East wing, and the Room we got was awesome!!! Well-designed with great taste and very luxurious.... Your staff are very accommodating and they speak good English as well.... Absolutely great Hotel, I will surely recommend!!! Thumbs up!!!

Nothing that I do not like...

It was located in close proximity to the New Shanghai Exhibition center which made it very convenient for me to commute.

The air conditioning in the room was bad, felt that the compressor may not have been working. So at times it was very uncomfortable in the room, especially when under the covers. Another point of concern was the payment method at the time of booking. Most hotels suck payment only after the stay is over. However this hotel sucked my payment at the time of booking itself, which is a major cause for concern.

Convenient location near train and SNIEC. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with good noise insulation and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Free mineral water and excellent breakfast. Gym, pool, sauna available. Good wifi.

It's location was perfect for my needs and despite the DTM race nearby they was no rush or crowds in the foyer area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The conciege was very good

The check in was a little slow but it all worked and was accurate. Parts of the hotel could do with some TLC and on Saturday evening some hot water in the shower would have been nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a large variety and was well-managed, the executive lounge staff and food were excellent.

It was clean and the rooms large although our air conditioning wasn't effective. It was close to excellent, cheap restaurants, subway facilities and a good taxi service. The staff were very helpful
